Concept & Design

Modernist Haven is a 5-acre landscape architecture project that seamlessly blends geometric precision with organic forms. The design creates a series of interconnected outdoor rooms, each with its own character and purpose, from contemplative zen gardens to vibrant social spaces.

The landscape features native plantings, water features, and sculptural elements that change with the seasons. Pathways of polished concrete and natural stone guide visitors through the space, while carefully placed seating areas offer moments of pause and reflection throughout the journey.
