Skyline Plaza is a mixed-use development that combines retail, dining, and office spaces in a dynamic urban setting. The building's stepped form creates multiple terraced levels that serve as public plazas, blurring the boundary between building and public space.

The design incorporates extensive green infrastructure, with rooftop gardens, vertical green walls, and integrated water features. The facade features a pattern of glass and metal panels that creates visual interest while optimizing solar performance. The ground level is designed as a vibrant public realm with shops, cafes, and gathering spaces that activate the street.
